How my journey began

Laurence “Larry” Easa was born and raised in the real estate industry in Manhattan and Long Island, New York.  His life has focused on the East Coast from Maine to the Florida Keys. He now resides in Siesta Key with his wife, Julie, and two children, Lily and Jack.

LAND - Larry is closely involved with the finest contractors, designers, artisans, and suppliers in the industry to create the masterpiece of your dreams.  He is an artisan himself with a keen eye on design and structure.

AIR - He was first introduced into aviation at seventeen years of age while acquiring his private pilots license. His love for air travel spans across the globe.

SEA - Larry’s family has summered in Maine for the past 60 years. Growing up he worked on various boats ranging from commercial to pleasure sail which sparked his passion for life on the water. Larry has spent the last ten years fishing big game up and down the East Coast, Bahamas, Cuba, and Costa Rica.  

Larry brings 30+ years of real estate and aviation and boat knowledge to assist his clients achieve an elegant yet practical means of enjoying life.
